This trial aims to compare the effect of the patient's own fat stem cells in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. The trial is being conducted by the Lakeside Medical Centre in Albert Park and the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne. The trial that has not started yet according to the registration information, but proposes to recruit 60 patients. Participants will be randomly assigned into two different categories. One group will receive an injection of hyaluronic acid derivative (Hylan GF). Another group will receive a suspension of cells derived from liposuction.
