This trial is being conducted at the Zhejiang Armed Police Hospital in Jiaxing. The trial involves comparing participants treated with their own bone marrow stem cells (experimental arm) with a similar group of cerebral palsy patients receiving a placebo transplant (control arm). The treatment involves an injection directly into the brain (intracranial injection). The trial commenced in January 2010 with a plan to enrol 30 participants in each group by July 2012. The subjects are being assessed for changes in motor and language skills.
