This trial aims to evaluate the use of stem cells from the patient's fat in the regeneration of skin lost due to trauma such as burns. The trial is being conducted by Teheran University of Medical Sciences in conjunction with the cell bank division of the Teheran Pasteur Institute. The trial proposes to enrol 30 subjects with full thickness burns to the trunk less than 30% of the body. Stem cells will be isolated from fat aspirated and participants will be randomly divided into two groups. One group will have a covering that has been impregnated with stem cells applied to the surface of the burns and sealed with a sheet of silicon (experimental group). The other group will also be treated with a covering that does not include stem cells and then sealed with a silicon sheet (control group). Participants will be monitored for complications and the degree of healing.
