This trial seeks to investigate whether bone marrow stem cells can assist in the treatment of Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease. The trial is being conducted by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in Beijing at several sites across China. The trial started in February 2012 and aims to recruit 100 subjects by June 2014. The control group will receive conventional treatment (cyclosporin and glucocorticoid), while the treatment group will receive bone marrow stem cells injected directly into their liver, as well as conventional treatment (cyclosporin and glucocorticoid). Participants will be monitored for disease relapse and quality of life.
