This trial is designed to evaluate the use of donated blood stem cells for the treatment of motor neurone disease. The trial is being conducted by the Hanyang University Seoul Hospital, in conjunction with Corestem Inc. Participants will receive stem cells from partially matched donated bone marrow (HLA-haplo matched Allogenic Bone Marrow) directly into the fluid surrounding their spinal cord (intrathecal injection). Participants will be monitored for complications, as well as changes in their clinical condition. The trial expects to enrol 18 subjects by December 2013.
