Aude Dorison
Aude Dorison Aude is a post-doctoral fellow working in Professor Richard Harvey’s lab at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. Her main focus is to study the diversity and the fate of endogenous cardiac stem cells during the neonatal period and in adulthood post-injury.

Aude completed her PhD in Paris, France, in Professor Pierre Ronco’s lab under the supervision of Prof Jean-Claude Dussaule and Dr Christos Chatziantoniou. There she studied the involvement of Discoidin Domain Receptor 1 in chronic and acute kidney diseases and demonstrated that it’s pharmaco-genetic inhibition prevented and/or stopped the progression of different experimental nephropathies.

Aude is on the Early Career Researcher Committee.
