New Stem Cell Research for Parkinson's disease

New stem cell research at the Florey Neuroscience Institutes based at the University of Melbourne, is looking at how stem cells can be used to treat Parkinson's disease. Drs Lachlan Thompson and Clare Parish are members of the newly established Stem Cells Australia collaboration. The research was featured in a Channel 7 news bulletin to coincide with the launch of Stem Cells Australia on Thursday 10 November 2011.
