Day 1: Maintenance of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs)

10:15 – 11:30 Laboratory component

  1. hPSC colony morphology
  2. Matrigel coating

11:30 – 12:30 Lunch break

12:30 – 4:30 Laboratory component

  1. Passaging hPSCs
  2. Freezing hPSCs
  3. Thawing hPSCs (time permitting)

Day 2: Differentiation of hPSCs
